Cancellation Policy

Please note the Booking Dates and Times you select are preferences and are only confirmed when your Tutor accepts your booking requests. Croydon Digital Inclusion Team reserves the right to select the final date and time for your bookings. You can book up to10 x 2 hour slots in advance and you can select different days and or times. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice as a minimum for changing confirmed bookings. We cannot accept any bookings made after 31 March 2026.
