Graduation & Impact
Graduation Day, Croydon College -Tuesday 24th March 2026.

The Croydon Digital Inclusion Graduation Ceremony was a powerful celebration of achievement, bringing together over 220 learners who successfully completed the programme. Held at Croydon College, the day was filled with pride, inspiration, and a strong sense of community. The morning ceremony was opened by the Croydon Council Deputy Civic Mayor, Muhammed Iqbal, who recognised the determination and resilience of participants. In the afternoon, the Executive Mayor of Croydon, Jason Perry, presided over the celebrations, highlighting the importance of digital inclusion in unlocking opportunity and reducing inequality.
Graduates expressed immense pride in completing their journey, many having overcome significant barriers to access digital skills. Each participant received a Completion Certificate alongside a free Android tablet, enabling them to continue their learning beyond the programme and stay connected in an increasingly digital world.
The event was not only a formal recognition of achievement but also a vibrant community celebration. Guests enjoyed a buffet lunch and uplifting live entertainment from Kemi Music, creating a joyful and memorable atmosphere for all attendees. While over 220 learners graduated on the day, many more who completed the programme were unable to attend and are eagerly awaiting a future ceremony to mark their success.
The ceremony stands as a testament to the transformative power of community-led digital inclusion, proving that when barriers are removed, individuals do not just participate—they thrive.
