Croydon Digital Inclusion is dedicated to providing accessible digital skills training and resources for residents across Croydon. Our focus is on empowering individuals to navigate the digital world with confidence and competence through practical
learning and personal growth opportunities.
Our Offerings
What We Provide
Pathway A – Building Digital Confidence
For older residents and adults lacking digital confidence.
Learn the basics of devices, communication tools, online safety and acessing vital services such as NHS digital.
By the end of 20 hours, participants gain digital independence, improved access to healthcare, reduced loneliness, and increased confidence.
Each graduate receives a FREE refurbished tablet and certificate of achievement.
Community Engagement
Pathway B – Integration & Opportunity
For refugees, asylum seekers and English language learners.
Combines English language development with essential digital skills, helping new arrivals navigate UK systems, access opportunities, and build connections.
Focus on translation tools, online language apps, job search support and understanding official portals. Participants improve communication, access essential services and build pathways to employment and independence. All through your personal face to face and Online support.
Each graduate receives a FREE refurbished tablet and certificate of achievement.
Career Support
Pathway C – Employment & Economic Empowerment
For those looking to boost their employment income or who are unemployed and looking for work.
Focus on job readiness, workplace digital tools, CV creation, interview preparation and online applications. Participants learn to use AI-powered tools, master LinkedIn and Indeed and access financial and housing support portals.
Participants leave with job-ready skills, improved financial resilience and sustainable employment prospects. All through your personal face to face and Online support.
Each graduate receives a FREE refurbished tablet and certificate of achievement.
Volunteering Opportunities
Participate in community events and discussions focused on digital inclusion. Stay updated with the latest tech trends and connect with like-minded individuals to foster a digitally inclusive community.
Receive guidance and resources for digital career advancement. From resume building to exploring digital job opportunities, we offer support to help you navigate your career path with confidence.
Join our volunteer programmes to contribute to digital inclusion initiatives in Croydon. Make a meaningful impact by sharing your skills and knowledge to empower others in the community.
