About Croydon Digital Inclusion
Our Vision - Learning Today , Leading Tomorrow.
Croydon Digital Inclusion is now closed for new subscriptions. It was a programme funded by the UK Government and was dedicated to providing accessible digital skills training and resources for residents across Croydon. Over 570 people registered an interest and 500 participants took part in this free programme. Its focus was on empowering individuals to navigate the digital world with confidence and competence through practical
learning and personal growth opportunities.
Our Offerings
Croydon Digital Inclusion Is Now CLOSED. Options We Provided For Over 500 Residents
Pathway A – Building Digital Confidence
For older residents and adults lacking digital confidence.
Participants Learnt the basics of devices, communication tools, online safety and accessing vital services such as NHS digital.
By the end of 20 hours, participants gained digital independence, improved access to healthcare, reduced loneliness, and increased confidence.
Each graduate received a FREE new Android tablet and certificate of achievement.
Community Engagement
Pathway B – Integration & Opportunity
For refugees, asylum seekers and English language learners.
It combined English language development with essential digital skills, helping new arrivals navigate UK systems, access opportunities, and build connections.
The focus was on translation tools, online language apps, job search support and understanding official portals. Participants improved communication, access essential services and build pathways to employment and independence. All through personal face to face and Online support.
Each graduate received a FREE new Android tablet and certificate of achievement.
Missed Out On Croydon Digital Inclusion ?
Pathway C – Employment & Economic Empowerment
This Pathway was for those looking to boost their employment income or who were unemployed and looking for work.
The focus was on job readiness, workplace digital tools, CV creation, interview preparation and online applications. Participants learnt to use AI-powered tools, master LinkedIn and Indeed and access financial and housing support portals.
Participants left with job-ready skills, improved financial resilience and sustainable employment prospects. All through personal face to face and Online support.
Each graduate received a FREE new Android tablet and certificate of achievement.
Future Programmes ?
